I didn't plan on becoming an Ops person. I just kept getting asked to do more.

Casandra's Story

Freya Moore (1).png

I fell into this work because I was good at it.

I have a habit of seeing what's missing and filling it in, so clients kept handing me more responsibility.

Started in marketing support and kept getting handed more responsibility.

Moved into ops at an operations agency and never looked back.

Have since worked inside agencies, coaching businesses, and consulting supporting everything from community launches to full delivery infrastructure.

The clients I do my best work for are the ones who are serious about growth. That's the kind of business I want to be inside.

Good ops work isn't glamorous. It's just the difference between a business that grows and one that stays stuck at the same ceiling.

I've seen what happens when the backend is tight.

Launches go smoothly. Teams stay aligned.

Founders stop putting out fires and start actually leading. That's the work I'm here to do.

Scaling Isn’t Luck,

It’s a System.

"I was drowning in tasks, systems, and endless to-dos. Casandra started with content and systems, then took the reins on operations and project management. The result? My business scaled massively. I highly endorse Casandra."
